What is CoolSculpting?
The Rosenthal Clinic features CoolSculpting treatments for body sculpting and the removal of unwanted fat. CoolSculpting uses the principle of cooling the fat cells sufficiently to render them removable without destroying the surrounding cells or tissues. The unwanted fat cells gradually disappear and the procedure is completely non-invasive with no down time. The technology originated from the observation that children who ate a lot of popsicles had dimpling in their cheeks seemingly from a loss of fat from excessive exposure to cold. The idea that cold can selectively affect fat cells led scientists at the Harvard Medical School to develop Cryolipolysis™, the science behind Coolsculpting.
Unlike most other methods of fat reduction, CoolSculpting® involves no needles, no special diets, surgery, or downtime. You can spend procedure time reading, working on your laptop, using your phone or simply relaxing – all in our private comfortable environment.
What areas can be treated?
CoolSculpting is not a treatment to reduce weight, shrink skin or to remove large amounts of body fat in those that are generally overweight but it is a very effective treatment to get rid of those forever hard to reduce (through dieting or exercise) love handles, inner thigh and knee areas, and abdominal and back fat. Results that you can see and measure can be obtained. With CoolSculpting you will not get the same results that you might get when removing larger amounts of fat or excess skin with liposuction or tummy tuck surgery.
It’s safe, FDA-cleared and effective. Results look natural and can be seen as early as three weeks following treatment, with the most dramatic results after one to three months.
So say goodbye to stubborn fat. Say hello to the body you once had with our clinically proven, FDA-cleared, totally non-surgical treatment without the downtime.
